Refund policy

Overview

We want you to love your coffee. Because coffee is a perishable product, our returns and refunds policy is a little different from non-food items. Please read below for details.


Coffee & Consumable Products

Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on opened or used coffee products.

However, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Your order arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your coffee arrived defective or stale

  • Your package was lost in transit

To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Once approved, we’ll issue either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.


Unopened / Non-Perishable Items

Non-consumable items (such as mugs, brewing equipment, or unopened merchandise) may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


UK Shipping Only

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval and returned to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Bank processing times may vary


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help where eligible.


Sale Items

Discounted or sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
